All plans are tailored to each individual needs and requirements. Some use this form of therapeutic massage as a one-off treatment, however most benefit will be gained from having a course of treatment. 


For treatment of a maximum benefits, we recommend 4 treatments over a 2- 3-month period, prior to switching to a maintenance plan

  • You might fall asleep 

    • A massage session can offer you such relief and relaxation that you might find yourself nodding-off for a bit. Don’t worry! Snooze away. This is your time and we are flattered knowing we helped you relax.

 

  • You will want to come back

    • The release of the ‘feel good’ endorphins will have you feeling a natural high

How to Prepare for your Massage

  • Hydrate Before (and After) an Appointment.

    • A massage is dehydrating in nature. Staying hydrated before and after a massage is recommended because the water helps flush those released toxins out.

  • Wear Loose, Comfortable Clothing.

    • After your massage, you may feel tender or just extremely relaxed and you will appreciate not having to put on restrictive clothing.

  • Breath Normally.

    • this expedite relaxation + aids muscle relaxation.

  • Don't Be Afraid to Communicate.
